How to buy
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
There are 3 ways that you can place your order:
Please log in as an existing customer, browse the site and add your items to the basket.
Please log in as an existing customer, go to ORDER HISTORY. You can view your previous orders and repeat the whole order or the same lines off that order if you wish.
Please log in as an existing customer, go to QUICK ORDER and create your order quickly. If you know the stock codes of the products that you wish to order, you can enter the stock codes and place your order.
Once you have completed your order please check your order details before you proceed to checkout. Please check whether your order is carriage paid (for more information on delivery charges please click onto the Delivery tab in our Customer Services section). If you are happy to proceed then click onto the next page and complete the delivery details, please add either/or an order number or name of person placing the order. You can also add any additional delivery information ie closed on a Monday. Once you have completed this page then please go to checkout. If you have a trade account (approved 30 days invoice) with us, click on the Pay by account tab or if you pay by pro-forma (pay for the order before we despatch the goods) you have the option to pay by credit card. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, please contact us and you can pay by BACS into our bank account.
You will receive a copy of this order by email. Should you need to speak to us please quote the 5 digit reference number so that we can access your order quickly.
NEW CUSTOMERS
Please complete our online trade registration form and indicate which products you are interested in on the 'request a quote' form, then click on the send button. Once we have received the form we will contact you within 48 hours.
Alternatively you can shop on the site and create a 'wish list'. Once you have completed your wish lit please click on 'submit wish list' and we will contact you within 48 hours.
